Brother Jeff Backer,Thank you so much for being so diligent with what God is doing through you! Our son had food allergies from birth, and had to watch carefully what he ate or drank, he was also sick quite a bit with no indication as to what was causing him to be sick so often. Brother Jeff Backer and his family had come to our church for several services, with many people being healed of things. We brought our son then 4 years old, to him after one of the services (we had retrieved our son from Children's Ministry during the service to have him prayed for...) So, we asked Brother Backer if he would pray for him, and told him that he had food allergies. He prayed for him, our son told him 'thank you' and ran off to play. Shortly after the meetings, we began to introduce some of the foods that he had previously reacted to, and after trying one by one over time, he reacted to none of them! Praise God! He is now 6 years old, and is allergy free! He is rarely sick now, and can enjoy things that little boys should like ice cream, chocolate, peanut butter, strawberries and etc. Thank you so much for being willing to pray for him and for being obedient to God in coming to Bluffton, IN., J. I was suffering with a lot of foot pain for about 4 months. I have to stand on my feet most of the day. Bro. Backer had a word of knowledge about someone having a lot of pain in the foot.
